Brass Bleed Control Valves provide effective flow control in pneumatic applications. The VERSA Brass Bleed Control Valve features a precision-machined needle that allows for fine adjustments to the flow rate. This needle controls the flow area through which air or any other gas passes into the atmosphere.

The VERSA Brass Bleed Control Valve includes a precision machined needle. The flow area, through which the air or any other gas passes to the atmosphere, can be finely adjusted by turning the needle. After the Bleed Control Valve is adjusted, it can be securely locked at the desired setting with the lock nut provided. With a VERSA 5/2 or 5/3 4-way valve and a separate exhaust port for each side of a double-acting cylinder, the speed in one direction of stroke may be set at a different speed than the opposite stroke.
